Child of God,You who
knew at an early age the hardships,
stress, the sorrows,
and small joys of life:
you who were poor and fatherless,
you who tirelessly loved your neighbour
as yourself
always a humble and attentive servant:
you who were always good but humble,
you who loved Love above all things:

you who shed your blood
in order to stay fàithful to God,
you who forgave your killer
and wished to see him in heaven:
intercede to God and pray for us
in order that we may all keep
God's word.

You who are God s friend
and see Him face to face
pray to Him for us
to grant us the grace we seek....
